Enfield

This is for four family houses in Enfield and we are currently awaiting planning confirmation. The land forms part of the garden of an end terrace house which the owner is keeping. There was a history of failed planning attempts and the offer allows the owner to pay off their mortgage in full and retire early.

Havering

This was for five family homes in Elm Park in East London and all units are now built. Getting planning approval was very challenging and took over 2 years before finally being approved. The site consisted of two rear gardens and the owners made substantially more by selling this way.

Croydon

This was for four large family houses in Croydon and all houses are now sold. The land was part of the garden of an existing house which the owner had tried to sell but was unable to. We were able to agree over £200k more than the price she was trying to achieve when it was on the market and this made her retirement far more omfortable. A number of other planning applications in the immediate area had been refused but we were able to get ours approved.

Bexley

This is a site for three family houses in Dartford in southeast London and construction is due to start shortly. Planning was extremely difficult and the offer to the owners was multiple times what the land was worth before we achieved planning.

Kent

This is for a large single detached executive house in East Malling, Kent, with building due to start very soon. The land was part of a garden which was quite under-utilised and the offer allows the owners to pay off the mortgage on the house.
